Business Analyst (offline)

Requirements
• 2+ year of experience working as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner
• Strong business analysis and requirement management skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies( SCRUM, Kanban)
• Graduation from economics, finance, business, or preferably – computer science, system analysis or applied mathematics
• High degree of self-motivation and strong career aspirations
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and high-quality standards
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Ukrainian/Russian and English
• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English is a must

Nice to have
• Fluent English
• Deep knowledge of BABoK
• Experience working in Agile projects in Enterprise environment
• Basic understanding of enterprise software architecture principles and machine learning principles
• Hands-on experience with BPMN, UML Use Case, Sequence and Activity diagrams, understanding how to compose Data Flow Diagrams and how to create simple mockups for customer journey validation with business clients

Responsibilities
• Clarify and define project requirements and project/product backlog with business
• Prioritize requirements and user stories to meet business requirements and deadlines
• Define and regularly update/maintain project/product roadmap
• Ensure the quality of processes to meet high-quality standards and clients’ expectations
• Directly communicate with external and internal stakeholders to elicit, clarify and prioritize requirements
• Participate in creating of Product Vision with business
• Maintain the product documentation: BRD, SRS, prioritized backlog, UAT, BPMN, UML diagrams etc.
• Develop and support effective relationships and ongoing management processes, organize effective communication between the client and the team
• Manage risks, proactively identify and escalate issues and work with the team to develop solutions for identified issues
