Middle-Senior React Developer (offline)
ABOUT THE COMPANY AND PRODUCTS
A product company with an internal R&D department and offices in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, Berlin, and Kyiv. Founded 7 years ago, it has established a strong position in the global app marketplace with applications in health&wellness, fitness&innovation categories (exercise tutorials, running apps, nutrition, health condition management, etc.). Generally created about 20 mobile and web applications aimed at health with 4 million customers in over 200 countries. The whole team consists of about 500 employees (office and remote), though each product is being developed by a dedicated team. Examples of products: Klinio, Cycling Diet.
The candidate will work on the company's internal product in accordance with the held experience. A hiring manager will tell about a possible team the candidate might join after passing the interviews.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
React Developer with 3+ years in software development, 1+ years of experience in JS frameworks (React/Vue.js/Angular), MVP-focused coding, and knowledge of RESTful APIs.
WHAT YOU ARE EXPECTED TO DO
🔸 Work on high-scalable products with React.js.
🔸 Creating responsive design web pages and apps.
🔸 Working with multiple production-grade zero-downtime platforms that are used by millions of clients.
🔸 Expand your knowledge of the software development process while solving challenging tasks.
🔸 Work with agile processes that are adapted to the team’s and project’s needs.
🔸 Keep involved in the business-oriented MVP-level projects and work with the fastest ever release cycles.
🔸 Participate in hackathons to test new possible MVP products in the market.
🔸 Share your knowledge with other developers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
🔸 Agile team (up to 10 people) including Developers, Project Manager, Product Manager, and optionally a Scrum Master.
🔸 Close cooperation with the mentor during the probation period. Then – close cooperation with a Tech Lead.
🔸 Separate DevOps and QA teams.
WHY THE POSITION IS OPENED
Scaling of the development team, launching new products.
WHAT ENGLISH LEVEL IS EXPECTED
Upper-Intermediate English (all the team communicates in English).
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
🔸 3+ years of experience in software development working with the Front End part (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
🔸 1+ years of experience with JS frameworks (React/Vue/Angular).
🔸 MVP-focused coding skills in JS and also HTML, CSS.
🔸 Knowledge of jQuery, Bootstrap, Material UI, or another Front End library.
🔸 Experience and knowledge of RESTful APIs (or GraphQL).
🔸 Be result and performance-driven, curious, creative, and have no fear of failing.
Will be a plus:
🔸 Experience with PHP/Laravel, Node.js, or another Back End style language.
THE COMPANY OFFERS
🔸 Contract with a private entrepreneur (in Ukrainian: ФОП), coverage of taxes, and accounting services.
🔸 Full remote position and the ability to work all over the world.
🔸 Flexible schedule with fixed team meetings.
🔸 20 working days of paid vacation + 5 sick leaves; Ukrainian public holidays are days off.
🔸 Co-working coverage if needed.
🔸 Compensation for professional education, conferences.
🔸 “Workations” (joint working trips) and “welcome trip” to the company office are possible (when it becomes easier with COVID-19).
