Junior Affiliate Manager (offline)

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Upper Intermediate level of English
- At least theoretical knowledge in IT and Affiliate marketing
- Basic knowledge of online marketing and marketing metrics
- Ability to work in a multitasking mode
- Goal and result oriented
- Desire to learn and progress

Will be a plus:
- Analytical background (experience with SimilarWeb, Ahrefs, Bigspy, etc.)
- Work experience in marketing or similar fields

Your main tasks:
- Manage the day to day communication with affiliates, recommend new campaign and handle all general questions and technical issues as needed
- Payment process reporting and controlling
- Search for new partners through forums, conferences, advertising of the partner network
- Carrying out a systematic check of affiliates for the quality of the provided traffic and increase the volume of traffic with existing partners
- Monitoring of Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports and traffic analysis
- Analysis of competitor’s affiliate programs, keep an eye on the traffic flow, its performance and metrics
- Identifying and implementing new opportunities to enhance the affiliate program
