Senior/Lead QA Engineer (offline)

Requirements:

- 4+ years in QA engineering, working with mobile apps and complex back-end;
- At least basic QA Automation experience with a strong desire to develop in this area;
- Confluence & Jira practitioner;
- Full and comprehensive understanding of SDLC;
- Agile and SCRUM practitioner with an in-depth understanding of core principles and values;
- Strong soft skills, readiness to join established team and gain credibility and respect fast;
- Problem-solving, decision making, responsibility and the ability to argue your point of view and accept criticism;
- Nerves of steel and a good sense of humour.

Nice to have:

- Team leadership skills (leading a team of 3-5 QA engineers);
- Integration & API testing experience;
- Technical background in software development, knowledge of (at least scripting) programming language;
- Product testing operations experience: A/B tests, focus groups, pre-prod operations etc;
- QA process building & live development experience.

Responsibilities:
- Jump in running QA practice and help to make it better and more efficient;
- Build (and later automate) API, integration and server business logics testing & monitoring practices;
- Mobile apps QA and release support;
- QA estimates and planning;
- Lead the QA team and manage its resources to fit the business objectives;
- Close work with Software Engineering, Project & Product Management, Business Operations and Customer Support teams, take part in features prioritization and product development planning.
