Business Analyst (offline)

Requirements:
• 1+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst;
• higher technical education;
• fluent written and spoken English;
• good argumentation and communication skills;
• experience working with requirements;
• experience in business analysis of client's project model;
• experience in project prototyping (Figma or Adobe XD);
• knowledge of the SDLC model (Scrum, Kanban).

Will be a plus:
• good feel of UI/UX principles;
• experience in development of the CRM/ERP systems;
• experience in testing REST API/GraphQL;
• analytical and system mind.

Responsibilities:
• communication with customers and identification of requirements;
• creation of diagrams: UML, BPMN, Data flow diagram;
• project prototyping in AdobeXD or Figma;
• writing functional and nonfunctional requirements;
• writing acceptance criteria;
• cooperating with QA department for testing requirements;
• support of requirements throughout the entire software development life cycle.
