Junior Recruiter (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Create an effective search and attract the best talents for open and future vacancies
- Active search for qualified candidates according to the vacancies requirements using relevant channels
- Screen and select resumes
- Schedule interviews and phone/video screens
- Maintain internal database
- Participate in other projects e.g. social events, job market analyses and reviews

Requirements:
- 6+ months of work experience as a Researcher or Recruiter
- Strong attention to details and data processing
- Candidate direct search and providing interview
- Upper intermediate English level
