Project Manager (offline)

• Leads backlog refinement; validates and ensures mandatory prerequisites for requirements and task definition..
• Assigns tasks to developers considering workload, skills, and experience of development team members.
• Runs daily stand-ups, iteration planning and other events.
• Tracks task development cycle statuses/completion and ensures tracking information is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate's effort estimation by BAs, developers and QA Engineers; ensures estimation accuracy, completeness, and proper contingency/reserve level.
• Identifies prioritization conflicts and capacity/workload issues/risks, commits to its resolution, escalates where appropriate. • Identifies and resolves impediments, issues and risks related to quality, maintainability, ETA, over-budget, capacity, workload, etc.; commits to its resolution; escalated where appropriate.
• Identifies areas for improvements, takes part in continuous improvement process and software development best practices adoption initiatives.
• Acts as a servant leader for the development team, ensures the team has access to all required resources and information. Maintains effective communications with account teams.
• Continuously improves product knowledge and relevant technical skills.

Requirements:
• 1+ year proven successful hands-on experience leading agile software development team as Scrum Master or project manager.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams across the organization.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to adjust to and accommodate changing priorities.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, customer delivery managers, developers, business analysts, QA engineers, technical engineers.
• Estimation, iteration planning, and team workload management experience.
• Technical background with 2+ years of professional experience in software development/delivery.
• Knowledge of agile development approach and hands-on experience with Kanban method.
• Understanding of SDLC process.
• Experience with tracking tools (Jira, Teamwork) and team collaboration tools (Confluence).
• English level: Upper-Intermediate.

• Experience in Business Analyst role
• Experience with ServiceNow platform
• Basic knowledge of JavaScrip
