Talent Sourcer (offline)

The Talent Sourcer offers support to IT Recruiters/ Talent Acquisition Specialists to facilitate the inner workings of the talent acquisition. In this job, you will be mainly having administrative tasks such as maintaining and updating information related to candidates and facilitate an outstanding candidates’ experience.

Responsibilities:

• Generate interest in OSF Digital vacancies and offer support with building a talent pool.
• Source candidates from various channels using various recruitment strategies
• Collaborating with IT Recruiters to identifying job requirements and determining qualification criteria for candidates’ selection
• Screening internal and external applications, including recommendations, applications from local job boards, company career site, etc.
• Search and identify suitable candidates for our openings, using proactive recruiting strategies
• Track the stage of the recruitment process for candidates actively interviewing, prepare and maintain records for each candidate and keep their status updated in our ATS
• Work closely with IT Recruiters and Technical evaluators for scheduling calls
• Post ads on various local job boards
• Offer support with the selection and enrollment of candidates to the company’s learning programs
• Making ‘the candidate experience’ your top priority while maintaining meaningful candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process
• Participate in other HR projects, as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in HRM, Psychology, Education, Business, and/or related business experience;
• Previous experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in the HR department would be considered as an advantage
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Outlook;
• Ability to handle constant change with ease and flexibility;
• Excellent team player
• Ability to interact with people from various cultures and countries;
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage time, and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are required;
• A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
