Sales Representative for Fintech company (offline) $1000-1500

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

- Relationship-building process with leads and customers;
- Identify clients' needs and matching the needs with Crassula products & services;
- Sales leads processing (emails, calls, demo, presentations);
- Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Hubspot.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations;
- Effectively manage inbound lead flow;
- Prepare a description of additional functionality development or integrations if needed for the DEV team;
- Resolve customer questions during the Sales and Onboarding process;
- Onboard leads so they become customers;
- Proactive in voicing ideas on how to improve the sales process and supporting Crassula's vision for growth.

Sales Representative Qualifications/Skills:

- Fully proficient in English and Russian language
- Experience in B2B sales (preferably - sales of financial or IT services)
- Passion for driving sales and providing excellent customer service
- Positive, self-starter, resilient attitude
- Determined personality with a desire to grow and win

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

- Previous Fintech/ B2B SaaS industry experience or experience in sales development, marketing and/or sales is a plus;
- Required excellent written and spoken English & Russian.
