Project Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate communication between multiple cross-functional teams;
- Communicating frequently with sponsor and stakeholders;
- Support best practices (tools, processes, people management), ensure projects meet industry-leading quality standards;
- Manage team retention and delivery risks, anticipate problems before they arise, and work with appropriate personnel to develop solutions;
- Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising team members;
- Influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work, providing timely feedback to individuals;
- Be the clients’ trusted advisor on all elements of delivery best practice;
- Work closely with customer management to understand the business requirements for the project, develop effective working relationships, and coordinate development activities for the project;
- Conduct project presentations and compile reports, organize and lead meetings;
- Report project progress/status on a regular basis to the client, internal management;
- Monitor changing clients’ needs and proactively offer the right solutions out of the full spectrum of services available.

Requirements:

- Experience in project management (or/and SM experience);
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills;
- Good understanding of SDLC/PDLC;
- Understanding of Agile philosophy and experience with frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and scaled frameworks;
- English level: at least Upper-intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

- Experience in Product management;
- Technical background - developer/QA/tech business analyst.
