Задачи:
- полное сопровождение клиентов;
- предоставление услуг компании в соответствии с договором;
- стимулирование доп.продаж;
- обработка входящих лидов;
- ведение документации.

Необходимые навыки:
- опыт работы в клиентском сервисе (идеально digital / IT);
- понимание основ документооборота;
- клиентоориентированность, проактивность, развитые навыки коммуникации;
- желание обучаться.
