Sales Support Specialist (offline)

Responsibilities include:

- Perform account research using search engines, social network, and other tools;
- Enter and track data in sales CRM;
- Prepare spreadsheets and provide reports to the sales department;
- Help create sales automation routine in CRM;
- Perform pre-scripted written outreach of connection via Social platforms;
- Process incoming leads; perform pre-scripted follow ups

Initially you will start with a structured induction programm, which will introduce you to the role, the company and the company’s products and services, including our sales and marketing tools.

You’ll also be given some training on specific sales administration techniques and some basic then advanced digital sales methods, and how they intersect with marketing.

- An ability to work independently and as a team
- Quick to learn

- Eager to progress within the organization
- Definite plus if: Good written and verbal English & Previous experience in marketing software, CRM's and services

Hours of operations : Regular or Late shift

Location : Remote with possibility to relocate at some point to Kharkiv

Salary : Commensurate with experience.
$350 up - eligible for bonuses and quarterly raises
