Software Development Manager (offline)

Intapp is looking for a very driven technical leader for our Kyiv based engineering team, in charge of building and enhancing the backend of the Intapp Cloud Platform and its core common services.
If you are a self-starter, results-oriented, an expert in building and growing high performance engineering teams and have experience building highly scalable and reliable distributed cloud systems using the micro-services architecture, then this opportunity is for you.
You'll lead a team of talented engineers to design, develop and maintain core common services that are integrated with all the Intapp products and are the foundation of the Intapp Platform.
You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with Product teams to help them move fast and build awesome features rapidly, building their products on top of the core services infrastructure. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with Architecture and DevOps to evolve our cloud architecture and practices.
In this strategic role, you will have a high degree of visibility with exposure to Engineering and R&D leadership. You will work closely with Engineering, DevOps, Product Management, Support, and Professional Services.

Responsibilities:
-Lead the TechFoundation team that owns the core common services that power the Intapp products and Platform
-Drive the vision for common core services within Engineering
-As the local leader of the TechFoundation team, you will be responsible for delivering high quality, resilient, and reliable cloud services
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand changing requirements and incorporate them into the roadmap, working closely with Product Management
-Through hiring, coaching and mentoring, accelerate the transformation of the team into a high-performance engineering unit
-Provide technical and architectural guidance on how to build highly scalable, high performing, resilient, and distributed cloud services
-Be the evangelist and the avid advocate of CI/CD practices and ensure that the team’s output is delivered with the highest level of quality, in line with the functional and non-functional requirements
-Be the advocate of world class software development practices and implement changes to the process to increase adherence to these practices

Requirements:
-5+ years of engineering management experience in building and managing high performance teams, delivering cloud products, and driving critical CI/CD improvements and high engineering standards
-8+ years of experience developing high-grade cloud applications, being responsible for all aspects of the service including architecture, scalability, performance, security, and cost
-Solid knowledge of distributed systems and cloud computing
-Hands-on technical management with experience in cloud technologies, microservices based application development and testing frameworks
-5+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring boot, Spring framework, REST APIs, AWS, Postgres/RDS, NoSQL and Messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ...) is a must
-Proficiency in modern software architecture, scalability, reliability, RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud deployment
-Excellent understanding of computer systems, algorithm, and data structures
-Avid proponent of CI/CD, Agile, and working experience of delivering SaaS
-Demonstrated ability to deliver and ship products and cloud services
-Excellent management, organizational and communication skills, comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization including senior executives
-BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical degree, or equivalent experience
