Referral Marketing Specialist (offline)

Intellias is looking for a Referral Marketing Specialist to join our Talent Marketing Team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Creating a referral campaign concept: the main idea, mechanics and prizes.
- Drawing up a communication plan for all internal communication channels (email, Yammer, news digest, TV slides, presentations, etc.)
- Collaboration with the designer to create appropriate thematic visuals
- Cooperation with a copywriter on great text content creation
- Co-partner with an external stakeholders to create additional video content
- Referral prizes ordering and delivery to the winners
- Post-communication with the referral winners
- Referral events organization
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or equivalent work experience;
- Marketing experience 2+ years;
- A track record with referral marketing projects;
- English language level - Upper-Intermediate;
- Analytical skills and creative mindset;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Proactiveness and curiosity;
- You love referrals!
