We are building a totally new regulated broker-dealer trading infrastructure provider for alternative assets (first crypto, later other asset classes) in cooperation with the most advanced and innovative European banks. Your Profile
You have gained already professional experience as a Software Engineer
You can build and debug reliable, high availability, secure and performant distributed services in Golang or alternatively have strong and long lasting experience in a compiling language
You care about quality and know when and how to ship code safely
You have a solid understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms
You are experienced with deploying and operating services on Docker or Kubernetes
You can reason and drive technical decisions
You love to experiment and use data to drive decision-making
You get inspired, think of new ideas and like to share them with others
Experience with trading systems or crypto trading is a plus.

Responsibilities
To design system architectures, develop, deploy, evolve, and operate distributed systems
To touch base with a great variety of fields such as software engineering, data engineering and data science
To be an integral part of an empowered and self-organizing team
To actively collaborate with other engineers, product owners, domain experts and designers to deliver great outcomes
To pair with others and review work, sharing knowledge and increasing quality across the board
To scale our reach by integrating our platform with more banks, exchanges other financial systems
To champion continuous improvement of technology and the ways we work


Must have skills
Golang 1+ years experience
Software development experience 3+ years
PostgresQL/MySql
Experience building high throughput low latency applications
Caching frameworks
Self-management and self-motivation
English intermediate, upper-intermediate

Is a plus
Experience with trading platforms, financial platforms, cryptocurrency exchanges
Creating sql procedures with high performance
MongoDB or other NoSQL
Other programming languages like Node.js, C++
