Support Engineer/Operation Engineer (offline)

Main Responsibilities:
∙ Perform service configuration
∙ Monitor Service performance to ensure delivery
∙ Provide status report, create and keep adequate documentation for follow up and drive root cause analysis that address existing and potential areas of improvement
∙ Review and ensure designs are in compliance with specifications and that specifications cover all needed aspects of the implementation
∙ Automate day-to-day tasks
∙ Provide 1st line support for services
∙ Actively monitor services
∙ Install, configure, and tune java applications
∙ Provide primary on-call support

Candidate profile:
∙ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
∙ High capacity to multi-task multiple initiatives with attention to detail
∙ Ability to take over critical operational tasks and handle them responsibly
∙ Ability to work in an environment requiring tenacity and problem solving
∙ Basic knowledge of Linux
Additional Skills that will be considered a plus:
∙ Working experience in Oracle and Mysql Databases ∙ Experience in Systems Administration Linux
∙ Shell scripting Programming (bash, optionally perl and python) ∙ Experience in Mobile/Online Marketing campaigns ∙ Previous collaboration with Mobile Operators
