Junior Project Manager (offline)

Qualifications & Experience:
- Сommercial experience with PM responsibilities (or courses)
- Practical experience with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, KanBan)
- Experience in reviewing technical solution to ensure it’s a correlation with business requirements and long term product goals
- Technical background: understanding of SDLC and CI/CD
- Working experience in writing business, functional and non-functional requirements
- Hands-on experience of business analysis techniques and tools
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Exceptional attention to details
- Upper-intermediate or higher written and spoken English, with proven ability to communicate ideas and to design and document artifacts in a clear and concise way

Responsibilities:
• Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects
• Define and ensure compliance with best practice development methodologies
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and of high quality
• Lead and mentor development teams
• Take part in budget planning, forecasting and execution

The company is providing team-building shifts in the USA (Florida). Every 6 months, employees from Ukraine will have the opportunity to spent 5 weeks in the USA to meet with the rest of the team. Employees will have W1, B1/B2 visa opportunities.
