About the Role
You will manage the full sales cycle: Prospect for new customers, perform online demos to HR professionals, create proposals, and close deals. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to have a direct impact on the company’s direction as well as the future and processes of the Sales team. We work hard, but also prioritize our fun, collaborative and well-balanced culture.
Responsibilities
You will source leads via outbound prospecting
You will deliver an extraordinary experience for prospects who are considering Effy and other solutions
You will close deals with new businesses to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
You will work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth launches and fuel future product growth
You will build a deep understanding of Effy products and their place in the industry
Qualifications
At least 2-3 years of IT sales experience in B2B
You maintain a positive attitude and are not easily discouraged
Nice to have
Experience selling SaaS based solutions
Experience in People Ops/HR
