Data Scientist with python (offline) $6500-7500

Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in statistics, math, computer science, or engineering.
- 5+ years of ML experience.
- Experienced at Python3.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
- Proven experience in industrial production projects.
- The ability to work on several projects in parallel.
- English at least upper intermediate

You are:
An extremely talented data scientist with at least five years' experience with data science, machine learning, and deep learning.
You have the technical know-how to advise team members, the managerial skills to prioritize and advance projects, and the interpersonal skills to communicate data science to non-technical management.
You're willing to work hands-on, potentially working on your project while managing the team - combine research with Getting-things-done and getting results to production end-to-end, combine team leading with hands-on work as needed.
The role provides you with the opportunity to drive the strategy of the Data Science team and turn this into a reality within your team by improving processes and best practices. You must have a track record of delivering high-quality Data Science projects, a passion for developing and supporting a team to perform at its very best, and a strategic mindset to improve the Data Science team going forwards.
Know how to identify technical debt and challenges and drive the team to reduce them (introduce new methods, technologies, and tools)
Drive revenue growth by qualified business opportunities leading business initiatives, and developing new solutions.
Ability to understand, plan, control, and implement parallel working R&D processes on multiple tasks and projects running simultaneously by handing responsibilities and assigning tasks to different team members.
Projects \ tickets management system (Jira \ Monday \ Trello etc ...).
