redeem their received or earned points - Digitization of important HR tasks, anonymous complaints panel and
objective monitoring panel.
We are looking for a talented Fullstack Engineer with a strong technical background to join our team and help
take our platform to the next level. You will work closely with our business team to continuously identify
opportunities to enable and accelerate impactful business initiatives related to Motivy’s front and backend.
Strong judgment and communication skills, long term technical vision, and continuous focus on the usability of
our tools for our customers are essential for the success in this role. We work in an agile environment in which
at every sprint we try to deliver industry-standard products and features.
We are constantly raising the bar in any gap we see within our development process, from testing, to business
logic code components, to CI/CD automation and monitoring. At Motivy, you will be required to have fun first of
all, while owning the whole front end spectrum of our platform.
Basic qualifications:
● 3+ years in front-end languages and frameworks, libraries, and rendering technologies related to
their domain (JavaScript, ReactJS, templating languages, HTML, CSS) and its best practices.
● 3+ years in Python experience (even better if you have worked with flask framework)
● Intermediate English and/or Spanish level
● Great Interpersonal and communication skills.
● Experienced with version Control systems (git)
● CI/CD experience and QA
● Experience with deployment tools such as CircleCI or similar
● Operational excellence focus (understands the importance of automated alarms and dashboards
with metrics such as availability, volume, latency)
Preferred qualifications:
● Experience with SaaS e-commerce platforms and cloud native architecture
● A strong understanding of eCommerce B2B and B2C concepts
● Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
● Demonstrates professionalism, leads by example, strong problem-solving skills
● Ability to work independently and team environment
● Experience with Typescript
● Experience with integrations with services such as Stripe, Typeform, Twilio, Mailgun.
