Middle IT Technical Recruiter (offline)

2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
Good understanding technologies in the IT Industry with strong expertise and understanding of technical stack QA, Js, Java, etc.
Strong expertise and understanding of non-technical positions PM, BA, Marketing, etc.
Technical background.
Excellent communicational and organizational skills, result-oriented, responsible, quick learner with the ability to multitask.
Excellent writing and negotiation skills.
Ability to conduct interviews on competencies, skills for evaluating candidates.
Knowledge of various search tools for candidates.
English Pre-Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities
Full cycle recruitment of technical and non-technical positions for different locations.
Active sourcing of candidates using a variety of channels and search techniques.
CVs screening according to vacancies requirements, conducting interview, skills evaluation and offering processes, including salary benchmark analysis and recommendations.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates using internal CRM system.
Provide candidates with the feedback after each interview stage.
Compose, monitor and maintain job postings on various job boards.
Participation in the Recruitment-team activities and maintain recruitment-related reports.
Working with Hiring manager to provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from proposal stage to offer.

Will be a plus
Own database of candidates.
Experience with telecom domain.
Desire to grow to the Senior Recruiter position.
