Onboarding Specialist/Project Сoordinator (offline)

Requirements:
- Fluent English is a must.
- Problem-solving and result-oriented abilities.
- Ability to demonstrate highly effective, productive, and motivational leadership skills.
- Perfect verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.

Preferences:
- Project management experience.
- Experience in banking or finance is a plus.
- Experience in SQL, XML, JSON is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Managing several projects simultaneously in the onboarding phase.
- Initiate and coordinate meetings related to the project.
- Regularly communicate project progress to all stakeholders, as well as requests, approval/feedback for project deliverables.
- Mediate conflicts, track and resolve customer questions and issues.
- Document any change requests from the client.
