Your Role Will Encompass
The role is opened in the Operations department and your responsibilities are to support and deliver Client platform deployments in close cooperation with our Devops team.
Our AI platform is cloud-based and built using micro-services and Kubernetes. You will play an active role in supporting external and internal Clients by answering their questions, troubleshooting any issue with the AI platform and deploying our product to all Clients.
By filling this position we are looking for a person who is used to working in a team, yet can also perform autonomously. Everything we do, we do with passion and service mindset and the same is expected from you. This position involves communication via calls and email with our Clients, as well as interdepartmental cooperation.
We expect that a QA engineer at this level will:
- be a service-oriented and communicative person with an ability to work directly with Clients;
- have 2+ years of experience as a operations/support engineer for production environment;
- proactively handle tasks end-to-end with commitment to quality;
- have solid knowledge about basic infrastructure principles Linux, network etc.;
- be able to independently drive troubleshooting in Linux-based infrastructure;
- be eager to acquire new knowledge;
- have a team spirit and establish good rapport with other colleagues;
- have very good communication skills in English;
Itβd be great if you also:
- have a degree in computer science;
- have experience with clouds, Docker and/or Kubernetes;
- understand Data Science workflows, Big Data, Machine Learning;
- can write simple code in shell/python
