We are looking for a Procurement Manager, whose main task will be Procurement system development and implementation based on company’s business needs and requirements

Challenges you'll meet:
- Develop and implement the purchasing vision including policies and processes to improve the business performance
- Implement KYS, Anti-Bribery & AML procedures to ensure all purchasing processes are compliant and transparent
- Lead procurement processes automation
- Identify and implement cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities
- Build strong relationship with strategic suppliers
- Conduct negotiations for large and high impact contracts to mitigate risks and ensure effective purchasing conditions
- Educate business functions on purchasing processes trainings conduction for business functions on purchasing processes.

Your professional qualities:
- At least 3 years on senior managerial position
- Proven experience in Procurement processes & procedures development from scratch
- Solid knowledge of Procurement strategies, tools and reporting
- Experience in leading Procurement processes automation
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of finance and accounting in terms of financial accounting and risk management
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholder groups
- Ability to take ownership, prioritize and work in highly dynamic environment
- Ability to drive, build change and improve end-to-end processes
- Strong continuous improvement mindset
