Junior Creative Marketing Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:

• Think and create! All the time, non-stop
• Writing creative briefs to produce new static and video ads to promote our mobile app
• Gather market insights and analyze competitors' ads
• Present ideas and final deliverables to the teams
• Organize and conduct brainstorm creative sessions
• Constant monitoring of marketing tests results across various UA channels
• Work in partnership with the designers, marketers, user acquisition managers, influencer and partnershipmanagers, copywriters, translators, proofreaders

Requirements:

• 1+ years in the creative field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Upper-intermediate English
• Metrics-driven creative mind
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Structural approach to creative tasks
• Ability to prioritize tasks

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of A/B marketing tests
• Experience in promotion of mobile apps or digital products
• Experience in Video Production/Content Production
• Digital agency experience
