Middle+ Business Analyst - iGaming, gamifications (offline)

Required skills:
— 2+ years of experience in business analysis;
— Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile(SCRUM) experience
— Proven experience of user stories creation, acceptance criteria, design documentation, process flows and wireframes in order to clearly communicate a set of functional requirements - Strong business requirement analytical skills with the ability to produce clearly articulated requirements and documents;
— Knowledge of JIRA and Agile tools;
— Knowledge of UML;
— Understanding of Mind Mapping, Roadmapping and User Story mapping; - Goal & Time oriented;
— Self-organized & very accurate to details;
— Excellent communicative skills, team worker;
— Analytical and business mindset.

Responsibilities:
— Manages requirements gathering and analysis activities by working with Product Owner ,business stakeholders, developers, designers and QAs;
— Elicits, captures, analyzes, refines, articulates and documents business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and software documentation;
— Manages requirements changes throughout the project lifecycle for new product feature development;
— Management and control of product requirements development;
— Creation and description tasks in Jira and Confluence with technical details;
— Transforms complex information into easy to understand language (logic);

Will be good:
— Experience in Gaming / Gambling industries;
— Experience with promotools & gamifications;
— Ability to multitask on several projects, tasks and coordinate various channels of communication at the same time;
— Be proactive and take initiative with little or vague directions at times to include desire to solve problems and be resourceful in seeking answers;
— Experience with the web/mobile solutions development;
— Understanding of Cloud/microservice development approach;
