CEO of the Branch (offline)

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the branch, which currently has about 100 employees
• General operational and strategic management of the branch
• Stimulate the company's growth
• Collection, optimization and responsibility of business KPIs
• Responsibility for purchasing and organizing projects
• Support for the implementation of the sales plan, organization of visits to customer sites
• Assistance in solving customer problems related to the regional office in Kharkiv as needed
• Prompt solution to the problem of customer and employee satisfaction
• Identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions that will help solve problems and drive company growth.
• Assess market conditions and identify opportunities

Requirements:

• Maintain, manage and monitor all operational issues related to customers.
• Ambition and ability to meet sales and production targets.
• Sufficient knowledge of modern management methods and best practices.
• Familiarity with industry rules and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Result-oriented and customer-oriented
• Skills of leadership and human resource management
• Availability of technical experience working mainly with .NET technologies
