Account Sales Manager (B2B / B2B2C Marketing) (offline)

Required skills:
β€” Work experience in the gaming industry;
β€” Proven and documented Account Management experience or others as relevant for the role;
β€” Ability to communicate and present on all levels in- and outside the organization;
β€” Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on the customer’s real needs;
β€” Proven ability to manage multiple customers with different needs while paying strict attention to details;
β€” Ability to see the bigger picture, analytic and structured with high degree of discipline, and initiative taking;
β€” Excellent verbal and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:
β€” Take full ownership of customer relationships, and be the interface between the customer accounts and the company;
β€” Take full commercial responsibility for customer accounts and for meeting set revenue targets, goals and objectives;
β€” Develop and implement customer account plans that drive the attainment of critical business objectives maximising long/ short term share of wallet, and customer satisfaction;
β€” Develop a trusted advisor relationship, and facilitate the optimization of customer accounts operations around the companies gaming solutions offerings;
β€” Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our gaming solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
β€” Be responsible for monthly revenue forecasting and reporting giving clear information on the customer’s performance, achievements, activities, and any other information as relevant;
β€” Build and maintain strong long lasting customer relationships on all levels;
β€” Participate and as appropriate take active part in major exhibitions, conferences, and seminars;
β€” At all times be a good Ambassador, and have a clear understanding of and the importance of the companies core values.
