Product Manager (offline) $2500-5000

WHO YOU ARE
You are a passionate and experienced Product Manager, who is looking to lead one of our product development teams in Kyiv.

You are a team player, who will work closely with your team of designers and engineers to ensure the product you are developing is successful and loved by its users.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Drive the discovery, planning, and execution of our product roadmap
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, and other business leaders to drive LifeBrand’s strategy and vision
• Work with the product development team to launch new features in our application from initial idea to its implementation
• Find creative and elegant solutions while navigating complex business requirements and user scenarios
• Perform user research and solicit feedback to make our product better
• Integrate insights from analytics tools into our decision-making process
• Define and own end-to-end product vision, strategy, and lifecycle
• Drive product & feature development - from discovery, functional specification, and release planning through to deployment and customer adoption

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of software product management experience
• Fluent in English (C2)
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to motivate your team
• Ability to deeply understand the problems, needs, and desires of customers
• An eye for data - ability to make objective, data-driven decisions, define product performance metrics, and track them on an ongoing basis
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to interface with external and internal partners
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail
• Knowledge of agile principles
• Focus on outcomes and quality of output
• Empathetic and team player
• Driven, hard work ethic showing commitment
