Responsibilities Assist Talent Executives with managing the full recruitment cycle Manage applicant pipeline Assist in sourcing candidates in LinkedIn and other job boards Work closely with hiring managers Schedule phone and in-person interviews and conduct phone interviews Manage paperwork throughout all stages of the hiring cycle, including background and reference checks Serve as a point of contact for scheduled new hires and assist in managing all external communication with recruitment partners Assist in communicating with the candidate for the employment offer Manage recruitment tracking/analysis Prepare Employee Offer Request forms Stay up-to-date with recruitment/hiring trends Perform other administrative tasks, as may be assigned on a daily basis
Soft Skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Good communication skills in English (B1 or higher on Cambridge scale) Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Creative thinker and proactive problem-solver A positive, βcan doβ attitude Knowledge of Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar Knowledge of the full recruitment cycle, including candidate selection methods Knowledge of ethical and professional recruitment standards
Education Student or Degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources Management or other related field
