You will be paid exactly for each hire you make, and there is no upper limit. The more qualified hires you have - the more you earn.

What you will do:
- Create job descriptions based on the business requirements
- Publish job ads on social media channels and relevant job boards
- Actively hunt and recruit potential candidates
- Process job applications
- Administer tests, conduct interviews and select qualified candidates
- Manage the full recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the candidate

- Knowledge of recruiting practices, processes, and methods
- Intermediate written and verbal English
- Very active and results-oriented
- Great communication skills and knowledge of social behavior
- Passion for recruiting
