HR manager (Employer Branding and HR marketing areas) (offline)

Now we are looking for an HR specialist to join the team located in Kyiv.
You will be engaged in a few close areas: Employer Branding and HR marketing.
You will not be involved in Recruitment itself, but you will cooperate with Recruitment, HRs, Managers in Ukraine and the Czech Republic a lot.

Responsibilities:
• Research and selection of the optimal resources and methods for transmitting values and culture;
• Manage general strategy and action plan;
• Develop and implement programs and events that will affect the company recognition in the labor market;
• Create content and materials for promotion in the different social media resources;
• Cooperate with technical universities (primarily in Ternopil, then in Kyiv);
• Enhance the voice of the company in the labor market using different formats, resources, events.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Recruiter, HR, HRBP or People Partner in IT company;
• English - Upper-intermediate and higher (both written and oral);
• Completed higher education in marketing, PR or communications;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Knowledge of software development industry specifics;
• Excellent time management and organizational skills;
• High level of negotiation and planning skills;
• Active social media user.

Soft Skills:
• Initiative, proactive, independent, responsible, easy-going.
