Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
— 1,5+ years of experience in the position of PM in web development is a must;
— At least Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English;
— Strong knowledge of SDLC, project management methodologies, tools, and techniques and their practical application;
— Proven experience in elicitation & documentation of project requirements and specifications;
— Feel fluent in planning, schedule, and budget management;
— Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and interpersonal skills, and exceptional organizational and work structuring skills;
— Maturity and ability to work independently, and with a team in a dynamic project environment;
— Cultural awareness while working with foreign clients;
— Experience working with different types of contracts (T&M, fixed cost/price, etc.).

Will be a plus:
— Deep understanding of technologies used for frontend and backend development;
— Project Management related certifications;
— Remote or international project team management.

Responsibilities:
— Managing a few software development projects simultaneously;
— Drive customer relationship: day-to-day communication, engagement development, project negotiations, etc.;
— Focus on deadlines and quality;
— Be able to proactively escalate any issues, manage risks and deliver the news to stakeholders as well as develop mitigating actions;
— Ensure that standards, procedures, and methodologies related to the project in the delivery life cycle are followed;
— Create project documentation and keep it updated;
— Active participation in pre-sales activities;
— Measuring project and team performance using appropriate tools.
