About the role:
We are looking for a Sr. Ruby on Rails developer with at least 5 years of experience. This is a fully remote position. You will be working primarily on the backend, writing clean, well-tested code. We have an ambitious product road map and require a developer who has solid analytical skills and experience working on scaling ruby apps.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience writing code professionally with Ruby on Rails
• Ability to design software systems with multiple parts across multiple technologies
• Worked on high-performance scalable SaaS apps
• Ability to debug technical issues and solve problems effectively
• A good understanding of all common data structures
• Ability to write complex algorithms
• A good understanding of performance optimization techniques
• Ability and drive to deliver high-quality code at a consistent pace
• Agile development methodologies
• At least Intermediate level of written and spoken English
Bonus points if:
• Experience with Ember
• Experience with React, Agular
Responsibilities
• Implementation of the new features, supporting the existing project, working closely and proactively with the teammates, attending scrum meetings, and ability to communicate clearly in English
