Senior Python / Data Engineer (offline)

Our client builds a managed marketplace that is modernizing the $1.2 trillion remodelings and construction industry. The main goal is to guide clients with medium-to-large residential and light commercial projects through the construction process and help them turn vision into physical reality.

The required skillset:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Exceptional written/verbal English communication
- Must have professional experience: Python, SQL, Data Modeling
- Nice to have experience: Go, Airflow, Elasticsearch, Redis, AWS Lambda, AWS Aurora, Snowflake
- Good communication English skills (B2+)

Most of the work would involve python data engineering.

The hiring process:
1) short test exercise (1-1,5 hours) to check your skills
2) introduction call with CTO (10-20 min)
3) Technical round (live coding):
- Coding challenge (40 min)
- System design challenge (40 min) - data modeling, product design, engineering design

The working schedule is flexible, you just need to be online for the meetings with the team at 8-9 AM PST.
