Lead Product Designer (mobile) (offline)

We are looking for a Lead Designer for a design team working on *a mobile app that helps eliminate distractions and avoid spam*.

About you:

— 5+ years of mobile app product design experience
— Experience in managing a Design Team
— Knowledge of the best UX/UI practices for iOS and Android apps
— Excellent Figma knowledge (knowledge of Adobe After Effects would be a benefit)
— Experience in creating and supporting Design Systems
— Experience with the successful launching of mobile apps and web products
— C1 level English
— Excellent communication and leadership skills.


What you will do:

— Implement a robust design system and UI kit
— Work closely with Product Owner, IOS/Android Team, Frontend, and Data-Analysts to design highly impactful features
— Develop interactive mockups to help users and engineers generate feedback for evolving designs
— Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes
— Create scalable creative experiences that improve the usability
— Provide creative input/ideas regarding functionality and implementation
— Conduct design reviews with stakeholders.
