Recruitment Specialist (offline)

Responsibilities to deal with the complete cycle of the recruitment process:
> sourcing and recruiting candidates according to vacancies requirements by using different sources
> interviewing and prescreening candidates
> supporting candidates on all stages of the recruitment flow and providing them feedback
> maintaining a database of candidates and track candidates in the internal database
> collect and analyze sourcing data, prepare weekly reports of progress
> cooperation with recruitment agencies

What you bring:

> At least 1+ years of experience in an IT recruitment industry
> Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
> Brilliant organizational skills and ability to multitask
> At least Upper-intermediate English
> Understanding of IT recruitment specifics, sourcing tools, professions and technologies
