Senior Project Manager (offline)

Your responsibilities:
- Managing one project or the group of projects and/or dedicated teams;
- Developing, negotiating, and supporting long-term project roadmaps or project plans;
- Regularly communicating with the clients on business strategy, long-term goals, and roadmaps;
- Controlling statuses of managed projects and performing regular improvements to ensure compliance with the corporate processes;
- Coaching and mentoring the junior project managers;
- Participating in the pre-sale process by evaluating RFP deliverables;
- Participating in FireTeam - supporting project managers in the resolution of complex problems and incidents.

We require:
- Solid Project Management skills;
- Experience in establishing the project processes from scratch;
- Experience in managing several project teams simultaneously;
- Experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies;
- Good technical background and clear understanding of web/mobile technologies;
- Ability to effectively resolve complex problems during product delivery;
- Excellent conflict resolution skills;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills both in Russian and English languages;
- Experience in project planning as well as in budget, risk, and resource management;
- BA experience;
- Experience in working on large projects with multiple distributed cross-functional international teams is highly desirable;
- Experience in working with culturally diverse clients;
- Experience in mentoring Junior PM’s.

Preferred: Agile/PMI/SAFe certificates or similar, Scrum of Scrums experience, Business Analysis experience, experience in Sales, experience in RFP processing, and project estimation. English B2+ or C1 (C1 preferable)
