Business Analyst (offline)

We are currently looking for: Business Analyst

Necessary skills and qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a BA
- Advanced communication skills, including active listening, ability to efficiently communicate with people from different backgrounds and cultures, asking the right questions to get the information needed
- Experience in:
- Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Requirements elicitation through workshop sessions, document analysis, interviews
- Requirements documentation through User Stories and SRS
- Requirements management: task estimation, prioritization, planning
- Working with UI/UX designers and prototyping
- Functional decomposition skills
- Technical background sufficient for dealing with complex legacy functionality
- Leadership and proactivity, emotional intellect, ability to work in unstructured environments
- At least Upper-intermediate English

Will be a plus:
- Experience with SAP
- Experience working with a big project team
- Professional certification
- Knowledge of German

Key responsibilities:
- Requirements elicitation through constant collaboration with a client’s stakeholders
- Requirements documentation using User Stories
- Product backlog management
- Knowledge base maintenance
- Close collaboration with external and internal stakeholders to validate and confirm requirements
- Being a part of our BA team, onboarding newcomers, maintaining and improving BA processes
