Sales manager (offline)

Requirements:

- 1+ years of IT sales experience
- pro-active person with good communication skills
- excellent command of English (from intermediate to advanced)
- empathy and understanding client’s perspective
- strong business acumen
- Good analytical skills
- Desire to learn and quickly develop new skills
- knowledge of sales theory, and techniques
- understanding of software development process
- Proficiency with Internet research
- Ability to close deals


Main responsibilities:

- generating leads on Upwork or Linkedin
- writing creative proposals
- gather requirements, discussing potential new projects
- keeping customer records in the CRM system
- preparation of the estimate together with the pre-sale team (PM + developers)
- negotiations with leads (communicating estimate, finding common ground with lead)
- closing the deals and supporting clients during project execution
