About the Customer and Project:
The Customer is an oncology-focused health informatics solutions company with the mission to help patients get access to the best treatments by leveraging clinical and molecular data to accelerate the discovery, development, and delivery of tailored and more personalized therapies. Their approach is to transform cancer care through application of genome analysis of patient-derived tumor specimens, and translating novel molecular findings combined with clinical insights for the actualization of precision oncology therapeutics and diagnostics.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of work as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
- Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
- Experience with Azure platform
- Hands-on experience with T-SQL
- Experience with RDBMS
- Knowledge of Python or Java programming languages
- Data engineering certification (e.g IBM Certified Data Engineer) is a plus
English level: Intermediate +
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and organize raw data
- Build data systems and pipelines
- Evaluate business needs and objectives
- Interpret trends and patterns
- Conduct complex data analysis and report on results
- Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling
- Build algorithms and prototypes
- Combine raw information from different sources
- Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability
- Identify opportunities for data acquisition
- Develop analytical tools and programs
- Collaborate with data scientists and architects on several projects
