Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the success of the company's clients;
- Account management and development: together with responsible PCs and PMs building
partnership and strategic relations with customers, proactive account development;
- Ensure delivery of operational excellence — to build and maintain effective, cost-efficient and
scalable management structure;
- Ensure effective communication of the current affairs on the project as well as account
growth plans to the company leadership;
- Business growth: active contribution to pre-sales process and engagement of new clients.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years of account management experience
- Proven experience of account growth;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize;
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Experience in e-commerce would be a huge plus
- Ability to create new projects with existing clients through understanding of their business needs.
