Від кандидата ми очікуємо:
◼️ Прекрасне розуміння вимог до сайту/системи партнерської програми проекту;
◼️ Відмінне розуміння принципів роботи digital реклами;
◼️ Уміння працювати з web трекерами та розробляти зрозумілі аналітичні інструменти;
◼️ Базові знання web-розробки, верстки та web-дизайну;
◼️ Уміння аналізувати потреби клієнта і пропонувати різні рішення поставлених завдань;
◼️ Досвід в розробці user інтерфейсів і поліпшення usability сайтів;
◼️ Досвід роботи з таск-трекерами;
◼️ Вміння пояснити такі терміни як «брендбук», «боттлнек», «дедлайн», «гайд», «деплой».
◼️ Вам необхідно зробити аналіз поточних проектів та конкурентів, вивчити вимоги до проектів, побудувати вектор розвитку і постійно його дотримуватися, втілюючи в життя свої напрацювання.
◼️ Ви маєте розуміти, які інструменти потрібні нашим основним клієнтам — webmaster (арбітражникам, партнерам), які монетизують свій трафік за допомогою нашого продукту.

Це означає, ви будете:
♨️ Готувати вимоги до сайтів за відгуками клієнтів і персоналу;
♨️ Виявляти вузькі місця у front-end / інтерфейсах наших сайтів;
♨️ Аналізувати usability сайтів і пропонувати варіанти їх поліпшення;
♨️ Усувати недоліки в інтерфейсах сайтів;
♨️ Ситуативно покращувати дизайн сайтів;
♨️ Аналізувати ринок для збору і втілення найбільш вдалих ідей;
♨️ Проводити порівняльний аналіз конкурентів і наших продуктів;
♨️ Готувати ТЗ команді розробки;
♨️ Контролювати строки виконання завдань;
♨️ Писати короткі guide по впровадженим напрацювань.
