Development of a professional developer portal focused on best developer experience
Enhancement of an existing client-owned design system
Ability to work on a full range of front-end non-functional requirements - from performance to analytics
Cloud-based solution based on Contentful, all hosted on AWS

Candidate’s responsibilities
Role: Development Team Lead

Tasks:

Lead a distributed development team of 4 JavaScript engineers
Lead front-end software design & development during the production phase
Day-to-day cooperation with the customer and other project streams/teams (UI/UX design, back-end development, solution architecture, DevOps)
Direct communications with clients: resolving open questions, negotiate scope, estimating efforts, explanation of the proposed architecture

Requirements
Seniority: Lead/Chief Software Engineer (JS)

Experience and knowledge

Strong experience in Vue.js and its ecosystem
Strong experience in Contentful stack
Strong experience in frontend development and testing (unit, integration, UI, e2e)
Strong experience in frontend architecture patterns and design of enterprise-grade applications
Experience in leading a development team, setting up development processes, etc.
Experience in building design systems and design languages in cooperation with UX/UI design team(s)
Strong experience in CI/CD
Experience working in an Agile environment

Nice to have:

Experience in backend development
Experience with SQL and NoSQL
Experience with AWS (S3, SQS, IAM)

English level: B2
