Middle Ruby Developer (offline) $3000-4000

What we need:

- At least 3 years of experience in Ruby Development;
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails (4/5) framework;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- Rspec/Minitest;
- Experience in relational databases like MySQL;
- Experience with Sidekiq or Resque or similar;
- Experiences with search engines like Sphinx or Elasticsearch or similar;
- Basic knowledge of Linux server administration and Nginx configuration;
- Ready to follow community coding principles and understand SOLID;
- Work commitment within Agile/Scrum methodologies and teamwork;
- Self-motivated / open-minded.

Desirable:

- Profound SCSS knowledge;
- Experience in HTML/CSS;
- Familiarity with jQuery;
- Understanding Docker.

- Cooperate with the international teams;
- Code review;
- Write robust manageable code;
- Write tests;
- Bugs fixing;
- Perform software deployment;
- Use JIRA bug-tracking system;
