Head of sales (offline)
We work only on foreign markets, B2B sales.
You will have freedom in decision-making to achieve your goals.
Responsibilities:
β’ Management of the sales department (building business processes, setting operational objectives, motivation)
β’ Evaluating the effectiveness of managers work, preparing proposals to improve the quality of work
β’ Development and implementation of plans to achieve financial performance
β’ Create a healthy team climate and increase productivity
β’ Search, adaptation, training, and motivation of staff
β’ Negotiating with potential partners, business correspondence
β’ Analysis of the market of competitors
Essential requirements:
β’ 2+ years of experience in the same role
β’ Experience in managing a team of at least 10 people
β’ Advanced English
β’ Higher education in finance, economics
β’ Strong experience in sales of fintech/banking or IT products to foreign markets
β’ Skill in communication with key customers
β’ Leadership skills
β’ Organizational and planning skills
β’ Focusing on financial results
