Business Analyst (offline)

Required skills:

• 2+ years of proven practical knowledge in Functional Business Analysis;
• Analytical mind with a business acumen;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Business knowledge in CRM, Financial, Billing, ERP or similar solutions.

Will be a plus:
• Analysis, design and implementation of business processes and business rules (BPMN/DMN);
• User experience design tasks on a work effort with a focus on usability beyond what a typical business analysis role might entail;
• Upper Intermediate English.

Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis in collaboration with Customer, Product Owners, UX BA and Technology Leads;
• Requirements Analysis and Design Definition;
• Solution Evaluation;
• Elicitation and Resolution of open issues related to the Solution;
• Assisting Technical Writers in producing Operational Instructions.
