Senior PHP Developer/Team Lead (offline)

Key tasks:
- Search for technical improvement solutions, increase of speed and scalability of the high-load service, which processes billions of data points of sports information per day in real-time;
- Technical audit and analysis of high volume projects;
- Interaction with the team, mentoring colleagues and teams;
- Comply with internal standards and development process.

Required skills:
- Experience in designing and developing highly scalable and extensible applications;
- Understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and ability to apply them;
- 4+ years of experience with PHP7, MySQL;
- Experience with Redis;
- Experience with frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, Phalcon);
- Knowledge of the main tools for collecting system metrics, monitoring, and logging;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- High attention to details and product needs.

As a plus:
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Elixir, Python, Go, etc.;
- Experience in Swoole or Reactphp;
- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
