Responsibilities β Help establish the long-term success strategy for systems, development best practices, and operational excellence processes β Produce clean, efficient code based on system specifications and requirements β Develop software applications that meet and exceed clientsβ expectations β Interact with Software Engineers, Front-end Developers, QA Analysts, Business Analysts, and Project Leads to accomplish project tasks β Adhere to coding standards defined by Technical Team Management β Maintain all applications and regularly create updates to address customer and company concerns β Analyze and test applications before launch to production environment β Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace β Execute project plans and provide deliverables β Participate in daily stand-ups and other meetings, as needed
Technologies Required per Specialty:
Mobile Mobile Software Engineers coordinate with the Creative Team to implement design concepts in mobile application interfaces. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: β Participate in iOS and/or Android development β Translate requirements to simple, effective mobile solutions β Implement Creative Teamβs visions according to the approved prototypes β Enhance core product functionalities through the implementation of client-specific requirements β Ensure that new and legacy applications meet quality standards β Research and suggest new mobile products, applications, and protocols Systems Systems Engineers must be competent in the following languages and platforms, and perform the following tasks: β C# on .NET in Windows environments β UML Proficiency in at least Class and Sequence diagrams, as well as knowledge in design patterns β Research, design, and write new software programs β Develop existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas of improvement β Integrate existing software products and make incompatible platforms work together β Create technical specifications and test plans β Write operational documentation with technical authors β Maintain systems by monitoring and correcting software defects β Respond to feedback from Technical Director and/or Technical Architect Web Web Development Engineers create user information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining internet/intranet applications and leading a team of developers specializing in web applications. Job duties include: β Define site objectives by analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality β Set client expectations for UI design and development to internet/intranet applications and feature priorities throughout the development life cycle β Determine design methodologies and tool sets β Create multimedia applications with authoring tools β Develop user support documentation and assistance tools
