HR Specialist (offline)

We are looking for a talented HR specialist for the HR team to take part in our cool corporate life.

Superpowers you have are:
At least 1.5 years of work experience as an HR specialist / administrator / manager;
Good presentation skills;
Experience in HR administration (both for labor, GPA and FLP);
Experience in managing various HR projects (training, development);
Experience in the development of internal regulations (procedures, policies);
Knowledge of labor legislation;
Working with Excel (basic formulas), PowerPoint, Word;
Intermediate + English.

Becoming a part of Room 8 Studio team you will:
Arrange adaptation of the Company’s new specialists;
Maintenance onboarding and termination processes;
Keep records of working hours;
Participate in providing feedback to specialists;
Participate in specialists’ evaluation process;
Update and fill internal databases;
Develop and update internal policies and procedures;
Participate in collecting analytics requested by the Head of HR Department;
Closely interact with the team on the implementation of Company’s HR projects.
